I have a sneaky hunch exactly how this is happening, and I can only enjoy the ride!
They are allowing you to make donations to their charity in exchange for more votes. Ten cents per vote going to a good cause, so it’s safe to presume there is some moneybags out there generously stuffing the ballot box! (now who could that be?)
But they still allow votes the old fashioned way (with a Facebook account) so vote again for CK!

That project that kept me so busy over the winter? You can check it out here! The good folks there made the right call in wanting a cartoon to show off their product, and it was wicked fun to work with them in creating it. And I want to shout out to my friend Dave Kuhn for recommending me for the job, his team, Katrina Carras and Anthony Gutierrez for their excellent storyboard and Sean Bishop for his amazing voice-over talents.
This is also a good time to let y’all know that the other week, I was let go from my job, so I am freelancing full time at the moment. This means even though I have the time to do a new episode every week, Commander Kitty is a bit lower on the priority scale now. At this point, I don’t know what I can do to turn CK into a serious money maker. Maybe draw with my foot and write strips about video games, or punching dolphins like the really successful webcomics out there.
So I’ve updated the demo reel here to show some of my more recent work, and if anyone reading needs a fantastic Flash animator, just gimme a ringy dingy!
