Once, I dreamt about catching a football. I shot my arm out to catch it, knocking over my clock and a cup full of pens and pencils on the nightstand next to my bed. Keep in mind, I’ve never played football.
I didn’t imagine this turn of events when I began CK, but life throws funny curves at you.
I think they’ve grafted on a spare arm from all the parts they had in storage (from people they dissected earlier). Nice little snippet of character backstory here.
Let’s give Nin Wah a hand- I’m going to go out on a limb and say that cost her an arm and a leg! Unless she had some four-finger discount – that must have come in handy! She probably elbowed past all the other patients – gave them the cold shoulder, ya know? Though I wonder – was that limb donated, or was it a hand-me-down? At least now she can retire in Palm Springs! She has the right to bear arms!
But the robotic arm looked so cool! Even an obsolete version has to be able to do more than muscle tissue. Let’s just hope that it IS a cybernetic arm.
No matter how this came to be, the new normal-looking arm could cause a major shake-up in Nin Wah’s self-image — the more artificial arm seemed to be a big, heavy anchor for her personality, for good or ill.
(Complements to everyone on your comments (& puns).)
Plot twist! Apparently the future technology can regrow arms and stuff? Cool.

I think since Nin Wah’s old arm was “obsolete”, that the more advanced prosthetics are so advanced they look like actual arms.
Gasp! She’s symmetrical!
…never thought I’d say that.
…
Nin Tyson’s Punch-Out!!

Brian has won the game.
o_O
I dunno. Is it natural, or cybernetic? Only the surgical team knows for sure! (And maybe Scotty)
I can’t believe it’s not butter!

Seems like a nice reward for all the crap she went through.
Maybe they both just got what they deserved.

Well, looks like we’ll have to think of a different nickname other than “lefty” for her.
You’ve just crossed over into, The Twilight Zone.
